Normally glass used for food and beverage containers doesn’t leach chemicals, nor will using glass to hold beverages other than water — i.e. detox drinks — affect the material or absorb residual tastes or odors.

Let’s be clear, the bottle is made of glass. If you drop it from a high enough ledge or hurl it across a room, it’s going to break. But we believe you can protect Alephante with care.

We are appointing Pos Laju to deliver your parcel. Last call of the order will be 10am (except Sunday).  Estimated lead time will be 3-5 working day.

If you receive defective product, please notify us at hello@alephante.com or whatsapp us 016-2559593 on the same day upon receiving the products to be eligible for an exchange. If this is valid, we will provide 1 to 1 replacement and we will be responsible for the cost. We have the rights to deny returns if the merchandise does not meet our return requirements.
